A Lott More
Websites for small businesses

Your competitors areshowing up online. Are you?

75% of people judge a business on its website alone. If yours is out of date, hard to find, or not there at all, you're losing work to the people who got theirs sorted.

The problem

The hardest part is not knowing how much work you're missing.

The calls that never come. The customers who picked someone else before you ever heard from them. It usually comes down to one of these three.

01

You don't have a website yet

When someone searches for what you do, they find your competitors instead of you. Three of them, on the first page, looking the part.

02

The one you've got looks dated

It still works, sort of. But next to the businesses you're up against, it looks like it was built a while ago and then forgotten about.

03

You can't actually change it

Every small update means waiting on someone else who's gone quiet, or logging into a builder you don't remember the password for. So it stays the same.

Lottie, founder of A Lott More
Hi, I'm Lottie

The person actually building your site.

A Lott More is a one-person studio. That means when you get in touch you talk to me, when your site needs a change you tell me, and when something needs sorting I'm the one sorting it. No call centres, no junior account managers, no being passed around.

I work with sole traders and small businesses across the North West. The kind of business where the owner does most of the work, hates marketing admin, and just wants their website to do its job quietly in the background.

What you get

A website that does the boring bits for you, so you don't have to.

Found when people search

Your site is set up so Google can actually find it, and the people searching for what you do end up on your page rather than someone else's.

Credible the moment they land

It looks the part. Not flashy, not template-y, just the kind of site that makes someone think 'right, these look like they know what they're doing' within about three seconds.

Updates without the chase

When something needs changing, you send a message. I do it. No logging in to a builder you can't remember the password for, no waiting two weeks for a developer to reply.

Hosting that doesn't go down

Hosted on the same infrastructure that runs proper businesses. It stays up, it loads fast, and nobody emails you to ask why the site is broken.

Honestly

You've got three options, and we're only one of them.

Worth being straight about where we fit, and where we don't. Here's the comparison nobody else is going to make for you.

Option 1

Use an agency

  • Polished output
  • Big project teams
  • Thousands upfront
  • Months to build
  • Quiet after launch
Option 3

Use A Lott More

  • £30 a month, no big upfront cost
  • Live in days, not months
  • Updates handled, properly
  • One person, always the same one
Option 2

Do it yourself

  • Cheapest option, on paper
  • Hours of evenings and weekends
  • Rarely ends up looking right
  • You're now also the IT department
How it works

From first message to live site, in about a week.

01

You drop me a line

A quick email or phone call, whichever you prefer. Tell me about your business, what you're stuck on, and what you'd want the site to do for you. No forms, no calendars, no pre-qualification questions.

You'll hear back the same day, usually within a couple of hours.

02

I send you a plan

Within a day or two I'll come back with what I'd build, what it'll look like, and what it costs. No proposal slide deck, no big upfront commitment. Just a clear answer to 'is this worth doing'.

You can say yes, no, or come back to me in three weeks. All fine.

03

Your site goes live

I build it. You see it before it goes anywhere near the internet. We tweak the bits you want tweaking. Then it goes live and starts working for you. From here on, you just send me the changes when they come up.

Most builds from yes to live take five working days.

Pricing

One simple price. Add what you need, when you need it.

Honestly the price felt too good to be true at first. Then we went live and I realised she just runs an honest business. No upsells, no surprise costs.

I asked for a change on a Sunday evening expecting to hear back Monday. Lottie had it done within the hour. That sort of service costs three times this elsewhere.

I'm not good with anything technical. Lottie talked me through it like a normal person. Site is up, it works, and I haven't had to think about it since.

Mark T.
Sole trader, business coach

Used a freelancer before who took my money, half built a site, then stopped replying. Lottie was the opposite. Quick, communicative, and she actually finished the job.
